You may return any new, unused or unaltered item to Renaissance Motorcycles within 14 days of receipt.

All returns must include original tags and packaging and be shipped in an appropriate shipping box. Please note return shipping is non refundable.

Return Process:

A return authorization number (RA#) is required. All packages sent without a RA# will be returned at your expense.
In order to obtain a RA# please email us at Returns or call us toll free at 866-944-2647. Please include all contact information if requesting a RA# via email.

Refunds will be issued to the payment method used at time of order and do not include costs associated with original or return shipping and handling.

Exchanges may be requested for any current item offered on our website. Renaissance Motorcycles will refund the original cost of the returned item and the exchange will be processed as a new order. Exchange orders which do not meet the criteria for free shipping will be assessed applicable shipping fees. Once the exchange has been entered Customer Service will contact you for payment.

Include all product tags and packaging in the return box. Place all merchandise in a shipping box; you may us the original Renaissance Motorcycles shipping box. Do Not use the manufacturer product box as the shipping container.
